Store Policy

Thanks for shopping Beyond Hood and Evil Podcast. We know you're just as excited as we are to get your merch shipped. As you await your latest gear, here's some info about our store policy, including shipping and returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are produced and shipped within 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please use our contact us form or email us at contact@beyondhoodandevil.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Due to current and unforeseen economic challenges, some shipping times can be extended.

We currently only offer flat rate standard shipping. Domestic shipping is $15 total per order. International shipping is $20 total per order

​

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use our contact us form or email us at contact@beyondhoodandevil.com for our address, so that we can begin the return process. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​

​

Please note: if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

​

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us on our contact us form or email us at contact@beyondhoodandevil.com within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue. Our goal is to correct the issue in a timely fashion. In order for our team to make an informed decision, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Please note and review any and all sizing guidance and/or guides per item. EUROPEAN UNION 3 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@beyondhoodandevil.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, packages get lost in transit and get stolen. And we're sorry in the event this happens to your order. It's really difficult for us to determine fault on our end, therefore, once the order leaves the warehouse, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you need to make a claim for any lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier. Along the way, we'll try our best to support. In the meantime, here's what you can do:

Step 1: Double-check the shipping address you used for the order if it's past the estimated delivery date. 

 

Step 2: Let us know if the shipping address was correct or send us the updated address to our contact us form with your name and order number.

 

If the address is incorrect, the package should be sent back to us and we’ll update the shipping address and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs, so we'll confirm with you on how you’d like to proceed.

If the address is correct and the package doesn't arrive a few days after the estimated delivery date, contact us on our contact us form and share receipts of your communication with the carrier, your name, and your order number. We'll try our best to remedy the issue with you (if applicable).

​

GIFTS

Orders marked as gifts and shipped either directly to the gift givers or gift recipients are eligible for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the order. As the recipient, you may return the item by following the return policy above.
